90's Flashback

As I sit here listening to the 90's Pop station on Pandora, I reminisce about the 90's and how much I miss it. Can we go back to the dial-up AOL days, where we used AIM and hung out in chat rooms making random noise sounds (you know by typing in a small word sequence?) What about the boy band days, collecting Spice Girl stickers and lollipops? Wear whatever you wanted and didn't give a f*ck (or was that because I was too young to care?) baggy clothes, scrunchies, butterfly clips? Where you couldn't be on the internet and use the phone at the same time. Where people actually called you on your house phone. No fancy smartphones to make plans. Just "hey I'll meet you in front of Kaufman on Steinway for 3. If I'm not there after 20 minutes..." The music was the best in the 90's, but lets not forget about the TV shows. Who hasn't watched every episode of Fresh Prince, Saved By The Bell, Friends, or Full House? What about Bill Nye the Science Guy, Magic School Bus, Clarissa Explains it All, Blossom, Goosebumps? I can go on and on about the 90's. While I thought it was pretty terrible back then, I'd kill to go back.

I can't lie. I miss it. My Lisa Frank collection, beanie babies and my Walkman. I might have some of that stuff floating around in the attic..........
